When end-customers call your AI receptionist, we may collect and process:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • OpenAI — AI language model processing for voice conversations
  • Twilio / telephony providers — call routing and voice delivery
  • Payment processors — billing and subscription management

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and contractual data processing agreements. We require all third parties to maintain appropriate security measures.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VoBot AI, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days by default; you may configure a shorter retention period in your dashboard settings. After retention periods expire, data is permanently deleted.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security (RLS) in our database, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
